1. Acceptance of Terms

TempMail Pro provides a free, disposable temporary email address service. Our Service allows users to generate random email addresses, receive emails, view email content including attachments, and use the email address for a limited period of time (typically one hour). The Service is designed for legitimate personal use such as signing up for newsletters, testing online services, protecting your primary email from spam, and verifying accounts on websites. TempMail Pro does not support sending emails — it is a receive-only service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service. By using TempMail Pro, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who does not meet these criteria.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access and potential legal action.
6. Data and Message Handling
All temporary email addresses and their associated messages are automatically and permanently deleted after the expiration period (typically one hour). We do not archive, backup, or retain any email content after deletion. Once an email address expires, it cannot be recovered, and all messages sent to that address will be permanently lost. You acknowledge that TempMail Pro is not intended for storing important or sensitive communications, and you should not rely on it as a permanent email solution.
7. No Warranty and Service Availability
TempMail Pro is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that: (a) The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) All emails sent to your temporary address will be delivered; (c) The Service will meet your specific requirements; (d) The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The TempMail Pro name, logo, website design, user interface, and all associated content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without prior written consent. All third-party trademarks mentioned on our website are the property of their respective owners.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TempMail Pro, its operators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
